If you have an approved visa petition that was filed on a certain date (your priority date), the chart below shows which priority dates USCIS and the Consulates are issuing immigrant visas/green cards for. Your priority date has to be before the listed dates. For Diversity Visa Adjustment of Status applicants, the chart below shows you what number/rank can apply for adjustment. Your number/rank must fall below the number listed.
